This concept was a response to some of the challenges I had faced as a teacher. My co-founder, Ralf Josef, and I pitched and successfully won support and seed funding to explore and develop the project. We have since recruited for, set up and managed consent procedures for in-depth research and product development with our primary school users. We have facilitated observations, interviews and co-creation workshops with over 80 children and 4 teachers over two years. Analysis of the research led us to reframe the complex problem that we were trying to solve many times. Synthesis of our findings into actionable insights meant that we could work closely with developer teams in agile design/build/test/iterate cycles to develop early prototypes.
